Yesterday we ran a Creativity & Wellbeing workshop for undergraduate students at @uni_southampton. 🎨 We presented our interim Lit review findings, and asked students to explore some creative hobbies like knitting or colouring in for 45 mins. Anecdotal reports from our attendees were that they left the sessions feeling happy and relaxed 😌 #publicengagement #CaWWSoton
